As a co-sponsor, Atkins Insights, under the guidance of relevant security authorities, established the "New Quality Enterprise Security Compliance Alliance." With the goals of promoting a culture of compliance, strengthening industry self-discipline, and preventing and mitigating risks, Atkins Insights leverages its years of experience to help clients and experts meet their compliance management and risk mitigation needs.

Compliance Policy

Atkins Insights' Compliance Department will continue to regularly update and publish compliance policies based on the latest published or revised laws, regulations, and regulatory policies, continuously improve the compliance policy system, and refine compliance enforcement requirements.

-Complete system:
Compliance manual, conflict of interest avoidance list, DNCList, terms and conditions, insider information and confidentiality obligations, etc.

-National Security:
Atkins Insights conducts compliance reviews based on the nature of the project to eliminate risks related to jurisdictional policies and commercial regulation.

-Conflict of Interest:
To avoid potential conflict of interest risks for clients or experts, experts are required to complete conflict of interest confirmation in advance.

-Confidentiality obligations:
Violation of confidentiality obligations, including trade secrets, material non-public information and insider trading, is strictly prohibited.

-Data compliance:
Pay close attention to data protection and data security, introduce security systems, and take necessary data protection measures during employee training and business communications.

Compliance Enforcement

Expert Side: - Background Check: Atkins Insights requires its employees to conduct necessary background checks and verifications on experts. - Terms and Conditions: Atkins Insights will ensure that experts have signed the CCI Terms and Conditions before engaging in any client or project. These Terms and Conditions clearly stipulate that experts must not violate applicable laws and regulations or any obligations or responsibilities they are required to comply with or assume. - Professional Training: Atkins Insights will provide training documents after experts have acknowledged and signed the CCI Terms and Conditions, and will remind and confirm experts' compliance obligations before participating in any project. - Full-Process Monitoring: Atkins Insights will continuously monitor the experts' compliance status throughout the collaboration process, including but not limited to compliance reminders and confirmations before and after interviews.
Client Side: -Full Cooperation: Based on existing compliance policies and procedures, Atkins Insights fully respects and cooperates with clients' internal compliance and due diligence processes. -Customer Requirements: After thorough consultation with clients, Atkins Insights will reach a consensus on their compliance requirements and assist in their implementation. During implementation, Atkins Insights will refine and develop client compliance processes and requirements based on client feedback and actual circumstances, ensuring that our expert network services are carried out in a compliant and efficient manner.

Compliance supervision

Atkins Insights' Compliance Department is responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and oversight for the implementation of Atkins Insights' internal compliance processes. This includes, but is not limited to: - Conducting employee onboarding and pre-job compliance training, and administering compliance exams for all employees; - Conducting compliance reviews of Expert Network projects; - Assisting clients in implementing customized standard compliance review processes; - Developing and overseeing the implementation of compliance policies. Atkins Insights' Compliance Department utilizes proprietary systems to monitor and address potential compliance incidents in all circumstances, ensuring the effective implementation of compliance measures for Expert Network services.
